Boxify is a storage service with a simple promise: "you box it, we store it." We built it an intuitive website and app where customers manage the goods they've put into storage, backed by an admin interface and an API.

The challenge

Storage is a service people want to forget about — which means the software has to be effortless. Customers needed to size what they wanted to store, then see and manage their items without thinking, while the team needed real tools to administer it all behind the scenes.

What we built

Delivered at Cherry Pulp:

• A storage calculator that sizes the space — and the price — a customer actually needs
• An intuitive customer portal and app for managing stored goods
• An admin interface for running the service
• An API tying the platform, app, and admin together

My role

I built the whole SaaS frontend — the customer-facing UI and UX.

The interesting part

The storage calculator and the active storage-management interface were where the real UX work lived. A calculator that gives a customer confidence in how much space they actually need — and a price they understand before committing — is a different problem from a generic form. And the management interface had to turn a fundamentally logistical workflow (items in, items out, invoicing) into something customers could navigate without thinking about it.

Outcome

Boxify customers got a portal they can size, fill, and manage their storage from, and the team got the admin tooling and API to run the service behind it.
