Upgraded the front-end UI/UX of a Belgian consulting firm's site with refined interactions and motion effects.
minds&more is a Belgian consultancy that provides "matching minds" in marketing, sales, HR, and finance, advising on strategy and aligning consultants with clients. Its site needed to feel as sharp as its positioning.
The challenge
The substance was there; the experience needed lifting. The goal was a more refined, modern front-end (better interactions and motion) without rebuilding the site from scratch.
What we built
Delivered at Cherry Pulp:
- An upgraded UI/UX layer over the existing site
- Refined interactions and motion effects bringing the front-end to life
My role
I handled the UI/UX upgrade: implementing the refreshed front-end and the motion and animation effects that give the site its polish.
The interesting part
Upgrading motion and animation on an existing site, rather than building fresh, means working within constraints that weren't designed for it. The challenge was finding where new interaction layers could be threaded in cleanly: what could be enhanced, what had to be left alone, and how to make the additions feel native rather than bolted on to something that already existed.
Outcome
minds&more got a noticeably more polished, modern feel: same substance, sharper experience.
